ECIL Recruitment 2025: Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) is recruiting eligible and qualified aspirants to fill the post of Director (Personnel). Applicant will be appointed for a 05 years of cumulative experience/exposure during the last 10 years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in an organization of repute.

      • Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)
      • Central Government (including Armed Forces, All India Services)
      • State Public Sector Enterprises (SPSEs) with a turnover of ₹1500 crore+
      • Private Companies with a turnover of ₹1500 crore+
  3. Qualification:

    • A graduate with a good academic record (mandatory).
    • Desirable:
      • Postgraduate diploma/degree in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management
      • MBA/PGDM/PGPM
  4. Experience:

    • At least five years of cumulative experience in HR, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations in the last ten years.
  5. Pay Scale Eligibility:

    • Must be currently working in an equivalent pay scale (details provided in the document).
