In accordance with Notification No. 15-BOPEE of 2025, dated 21-02-2025, all concerned candidates are hereby informed that the Board will conduct the Stray Round of Physical Counselling for vacant or unfilled seats as per the schedule below:

Note-I: Procedure for Stray Round of Physical Counselling
- Eligible and interested candidates must report to the BOPEE offices in Jammu or Srinagar for registration, attendance, and completion of necessary formalities between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on the day of counselling for MD/MS/PGD courses.
- Candidates should visit/attend counselling only after reviewing the Seat Matrix available on the official Board website. If seats matching their preference are available, they may participate in the counselling.
- Candidates who were allotted seats in earlier counselling rounds but either did not join or resigned from those seats/colleges are not eligible for this round of counselling.
- All registered candidates who have not been allotted any seat in previous rounds are eligible to participate.
- Candidates participating for the first time must pay a counselling fee of Rs. 2000/- physically using POS machines available at the BOPEE offices in Jammu/Srinagar on the day of counselling.
- Candidates who have been allotted seats in previous rounds and have already joined are not eligible for this round of counselling.
- The Board reserves the right to introduce any necessary changes due to technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Note-II: Tentative Seat Matrix
The provisional Seat Matrix will be uploaded separately on the Board’s website in due course to help candidates decide whether to participate in this stray round of counselling.
All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged as previously notified by the Board.
